Another Night of ARAM
ARAM
All Random All Middle
I have been getting addicted to this game mode ever since returning back to League of Legends.
It's fast pace and it ends earlier so I can go more rounds than normal 5v5 before I knock off to bed for work the next day.
Also great to practice straight forward engagement since well, single lane only.
Also good to try out some champions that I don't have :P
Tried Zac once and he's really quite fun to use.
Just don't know what else his ulti can be utilized in what way yet.
It was surprising. Really.
My team actually heeded my starting advise of getting Liandry's Torment early after their essentials to chow down their healing sustains since we are all AP and no tanks no adc and enemy team has the godzilla, Sona Soraka combo the Swain and an adc Sivir.
Why not the magic tome book?
Because it will not give us the damage we need.
Liandry on the other hand deals damage based on percentage of HP and the bonus damage will double when enemy has been movement impaired. It was a viable way to also deal with that godzilla and the team cooperated.
It felt good because for once in such a long time there was no maple-tard level of players plus imaginary superiority complex idiots.
Five strangers simply try and win together.
No complains.
Super peaceful.
Nice player synergy.
On a side note.
My Teemo became an assassin targeting only Sona and Soraka cause their sustain is just too irritating.
Trololox.
Despite always being at the back or totally away from the team and the last to enter the fight most of the time, guessed they loved my mushies too much I that am actually the 2nd most painful when I thought I contributed the least.
Anyway.
GGWP.
Though not an epic win feel kind of game it was still great to experience a nice team.
Time to finish up my other games before knocking off.

Currently Replaying Dead Island
Had already completed the game before using Logan.
I can't use SamB because he head blob too much for me to handle.
Purna and Xian are OK with me though I rarely uses them.
Let's just say playing this game for me is like a one time through and you won't feel like replaying it again unless you are playing with your friends.
So yes, I am basically playing and helping 3 of my friends who just bought their Dead Island due to Steam sales.
Not gonna stream it because it might lag and my Logan is a glass cannon :P
The Mindblow is really broken for Logan though (laughs).
Cause it scales too damn well with his AOE.
Actually wanted to stream my Dragon Age 2 since I am also replaying it at hard difficulty but gave it a rest because I tend to take my own sweet time too much.
Now now I have been going back to Garena League of Legends more frequently.
Really like the new ARAM mode.
Straight up battles are good for warm up.
And managed to get Eggplant my kendo and polytechnic friend to play it =D
Just so happens that ARAM is a good place for him to get used to things especially the different champions.
Thanks to the beginner bot training session too he has basically recognize Garen with extreme precision.
Cause he got chased by Garen all too much whether he was trying out Ashe or Nami.
(I purposely keep setting Garen on enemy team though! shhhhhhhhhh!!!!
It's a good way to train a newbie ADC not to get too close to a fighter :P )
We managed to get a non-moba friend to LoL by baiting him with the female character arts ^^
He like the sporty types - hue hue hue
So now one of the champions he can use more efficiently is Ashe.
Next one we planning to get him to play Amumu~
That said - ARAM has been fun but sometimes too unlucky and you get very bad champions synergies >.<
And for some reason every time I play with one of my ex-clan friend 13 I tend to get Karma like.... almost every time? lolx...
There's a conspiracy!
Or not :P
And so my Karma became a convenient tank in an ARAM match 2 days back.
With no boots again.

3 days MC
AThe smell is making me nauseous and headache.
Doc say I might have caught a flu virus but symptoms did not yet manifest.
Lucky me because I definitely do not want a flu and hazy Singapore at the same time.
Thankfully I slept at 8 plus the night before I see the Doc because I knew I wasn't feeling well.
Had a blocked nose but it's now cleared thanks to the medicine and rest plus not too much heavy breathing now.
Down side.
I can smell too clearly due to having a sensitive nose -_-
Not even hiding in my room with air con and air revitalizer helps.
Guess I will just have to up the Environing essence dosage.
Now I just wish the haze to be gone soon....
Seriously, this is a record broken with a high score of PSI 393.
There's no way I can't smell the disgusting scent.
That said - it appears my mum's sense of smell is not working correctly when she tried to wake me up this morning and said there's no smell.
I really wanted to do a face palm but we will just leave it as it is.
Also bought a box of N95 face mask.
Not sure if it will help but better safer than sorry.
I can't always hold my cloth to cover my nose when I need to head out.
It makes my breathing go heavy too.

Too Tired
Because I have been sleeping for only 4 hours a day, it's killing me @_@
It's already June and 1 more month left for contract to expire.
But from the amount of mistakes I keep making due to lack of experience and carelessness, not very sure if I should carry on.
Still at a wall and refuses to do anything...
Far different from denial which I do not know how to put the feeling.
Not hoping for time to pass by and life to just go on as usual...
There's just that something.....
Something that I have not found an answer to.
Anyway...
Now replaying Mass Effect 3 with all the new DLCs~
Now on Omega.

I will enjoy while it lasts.

Dead Space 3 Review
On PC.
What can I say?
A good buy and it was pretty fun =D
Finished the game last night but it was spoiled pretty bad at the later part as my friend was helping me rush through the game by spamming rocket launcher -_-
But thanks to him at least round 1 is completed.
Had to finish it fast since week days I resume work after Chinese New Year celebration.
Overall the game had a few changes compared to original Dead Space and Dead Space 2.
Item inventory is easier to manage now since all weapon uses the Ammo Clip.
Nicer graphics obviously too :P
As for the horror genre - it just does not work anymore in Dead Space 3.
It became more of a plain 3rd person survival shooter game.
I barely got scared by the surprises they installed.
There is also not much boss fights to be content with.
But at least the co-op mode is able to make up a bit of time with optional missions that are only available when you play co-op with another player. And those in no way will affect your single player play through. Though it would be great to be able to play those optional missions as a single player.
Then there are other things like~
I love the space ship's look when I was floating in space :P
Pretty good audio, awesome visual effects and graphics!
The story is just a recycled version in my opinion but at least the remade action part of the game covers it up a and not to forget the necromorphs are much more aggressive.
If you can remember the Twitcher - see how fast they are able to "twitch" now in Dead Space 3!
Still killable but unless you are using an AOE / knockback you would still need to stasis them before you can shoot them properly. They are extremely easy to kill with a shot gun in normal difficulty. Actually almost all necromorphs are easy to kill with the shotgun in normal difficulty.
Another new thing added is the weapon crafting and the change in the weapon circuit which makes the combat system extremely flexible. And no longer do we need to look out and buy power nodes anymore.
Each unique weapon has a different stats and way to use them. Some like the knock back trip mine is practically a no-no in dealing damage but only useful in stopping the tracks of the enemies in situations where they can surround and swarm on you. It's better to set those up before the enemies are triggered to attack.
Though there is only 2 weapon slots, 1 weapon can be divided to upper tool (primary fire) and lower tool (alt fire using space bar). That makes it 4 weapons to carry around =P
The weapon parts are also customizable and each weapon tip produces a different version of the same weapon. There are also ammo coatings to be used and weapons are now upgradable by finding or making weapon circuits and attached to the weapon. How many of the circuits that can be fitted on depends on the quality of your weapon frame.
Anyway - no game is not faulty but if anyone wants a try at Dead Space 3 - give it a shot! All you have to do is to ignore the crappy story and the rest are pretty awesome. The main thing to enjoy from it would be to get to a higher difficulty setting and challenge your limit =D
Go hardcore go!
Verdict: 8.5/10

Dead Space
Have finally decided to complete Dead Space and done so just 5 minutes ago.
The only reason why I did not want to touch it was due to the mouse lag issue and I did not want to proceed on with Dead Space 2 without playing the first one.
It's a bitch but there's also a small solution for it.
For people who does not know it yet all you have to do is to lower your in game mouse sensitivity to the lowest and up your mouse DPI/sensitivity to the highest available.
It's not perfect but still gets the job done.
There's only 2 complains I have.
Even with the small solution to the mouse lag I still get dizzy easily.
Any rigid camera movements and that's it for me.
Not only I feel sick - I also feel angry - because I simply dislike ported games with no fix to the issues.
Then the communication from the Rig suit.
That's probably the only thing that startled me.
I personally find it irritating as it's like a phone call without you being able to press answer and it just pops up.
I also personally find Kendra both irritating and annoying.
Thank goodness at least she was out of the picture finally at the end.
Time to move on to Dead Space 2.
Looking forward to it later as my friend told me it does not have the mouse lag issue so I should not have much problem going through the game in preparation for Dead Space 3!

Dead Space 3 is coming out in Feb 2013 soon and I can't wait.
Especially since I have Mass Effect 3 I really want to play it with the N7 armor =D
Tried the Demo today with my friend on PS3 console and its pretty good.
Just that it's a very short demo.
And dear EA origins...
What's the point of giving the original Dead Space for pre-order players who owned it?

Many people do not realize that they have been trolled in this fake Facebook & Twitter account until at the very last moment.
Though this is the internet and they are simply joking around sometimes it would be better if they could censor the victim's name.
Some people ain't accustomed to getting trolled and joked at.
Some complain that the jokes are racist - but it's actually more towards stereotype.

Reckless Lorry Driver - Shame on you!
I actually wanted to go sleep after my previous post but after watching a certain video clip...
Let's just say I am currently like this:
The video is almost a week old and it has already gone viral.
To tell you the truth I am actually surprised that the driver had it recorded - kudos to the helpful fella!
Oh come on!
Would it KILL you to wait for a better and safer timing first before attempting to take over that motorcyclist?!
It would actually seem like the motorcyclist is road hogging but look at the video in front of the motorcyclist - she was actually at a safe distance behind another vehicle.
Not all motorcyclist enjoy zip zapping through lanes because they know how dangerous it is.
Look at the distance the car driver who took the video maintained.
Look at the distance the other vehicles on the other lanes maintained between one another.
Look at the distance of that damn lorry - I do not notice the appropriate safe gap for vehicles on the expressway going on at a reasonable high speed!
It should be quite pressurizing for the motorcyclist.
Imagine you yourself on a bike with a damn lorry urging behind you to "hurry up" when you simply can't or do not have the option to do so.
Then the biker gets rammed.
Tsk!

Even if he did manage to take over it's still square one - there's the other car in front.
What's the lorry driver gonna do?
Attempt another take over?

Singapore is already over crowded with other issues.

Nope, games do not make us violent.
If you still ain't got a clue what is this about click on the link.
Well, lag does make us violent.
Faulty products, bugs and network issues too.
Not to forget sometimes it is due to player differences.
Some people just do not like certain types of people.
It's normal even in society no?
And yes - racist players are also present in video game community.
I for one get pissed off easily whenever I encounter laggy game sessions.
It simply just kills the mood.
Straight from being happy to being extremely down and low.
Who would like it when you simply can't control what you want to do properly?
As well as people who likes to complain that video games makes us player more violent.
Other than that - most of us are fine actually.
The gaming community do consist of players like this though.
Well...
Though FB games ain't exactly video games they are still games.
But if those hardcore FB gamers were to actually play a game like Diablo 3?
I have no doubt their farming ability rivals the China farmers.
No offense to people who do not understand - I was referring to China in-game money farmers and the likes.
Then again I do not see them planting more trees and flowers for Earth.
Neither do they plant crops.
If there is please put them on the News aye.
We would very much love to see them.
Serious.
Not exactly close enough but Ecstasy anyone?
More commonly known as the Shake Head pills and music helps with the effects.
We, the gamers simply enjoy playing games.
Just how is this linked to another gun massacre that America has and always had since before the era of video games?
Stop trying to find something to blame the issue.
As I recalled, previously it was the Dark Knight movie.
Sometimes people become violent due to society craps and they end up with a different persona.
In the end it's the environment - the place where one has grown up and experience in affects them. Not just video games alone.
Why don't you guys who love to complain so much for a scape goat look into a mirror and dare say you did not do anything verbally, mentally or physically damaging to another person's life even when you are still a kid?
I pretty much am sure you don't care because for you it's simply the case of toying around with ants when you have the option to do so.
As mentioned we simply like what we do.
Most of us usually have the same routine during holidays.
Of course we have to go to school or work.
We also go out and meet with friends and gatherings and events and sometime shopping.
Yes - shopping.
Depending on the person it may be online shopping.
Else how are we gonna sate our gaming needs?
We do need our gaming supplies.
But that does not mean we are lifeless.
Our life in society is so restricted.
We only have one single life to live on but why not experience something we definitely aren't able to enjoy in real life?
We get to have our acquired different persona while gaming.
We get to experience many different stories.
We cry when the story is just so heart breaking or when our favorite character had to die.
We make new friends online and share the gaming adventures and experience.
We laugh at the funny scenes or mistakes that we make.
We simply still live like a normal human except that we want to experience more things in life.
That's true for everyone no?
Minus the fact you have to spend money everywhere you go.
Might as well sit in front of my consoles and at least see them with my own eyes.
And from common contrary beliefs from the past, games do not make gamers stupid or lazy.
If that is so then babies or kids are gonna be bored to death before they can grow to become at least a teenager from which this point they are no better than a machine.
Some games do require fast decision making and reaction fyi.
Stop trying to label what we enjoy as so.
Because you simply tick us in the wrong way.

Spring Cleaning!
Current equipment
- vacuum cleaner
- mold stain remover
- magician wiper
- pledge wood polish
- handy duster
And now the ladder still sits in my room.
Cleaning the wall is so tiring!
I took down the old clock and plan to get a new one.
Other stuff includes throwing away useless boxes lying around my room -_-
My mum sure likes to give them to me.
Story of the day - do not attempt to clean room ceiling @_@
It's a killer...
Now I am thinking if I should look for some ceiling wallpaper.

Happy 2013!
